Education IT Contract Overview

PMCS has provided Education IT Products and Services for State of Texas DIR customers since 2020. We currently have staff/services available to respond to agency needs and, if specialized skills are required, we are willing to find the specific, qualified staff who can successfully complete your project.

The Education IT Products and Services contract through the State of Texas DIR is an approved means of providing Education IT services to Texas State agencies based on CAMU Products and Services. Universities and schools may choose from a list of approved vendors either through a competitive process that is usually sent to all active contract vendors or by going directly to a trusted, proven vendor. Either way, services are based on CAMU Products basis and all products andservices are subject to management and oversight by customer staff.

Education IT Contract Return Policy:

  • This policy covers the return of PMCS Education IT Contract related product (“Product”) due to dissatisfaction, defects, or other valid reasons.
  • Education IT Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • The Education IT Product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
  • It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
  • Any product with signs of damage or tampering will not be eligible for return.
  • Software-based Education IT products, once activated, cannot be returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged in case of defects or malfunctioning.
  • Hardware products that host our Education IT should be free from physical damage and must include all original components.
  • Returns due to incompatibility: Ensure that your system meets the required specifications before purchasing our Product. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return unless the incompatibility is from our end.
  • Customized Education IT solutions are not eligible for returns unless defective.

  • Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
  • Products sent back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
