AI Contract Overview

PMCS has provided Artificial Intelligence (AI) Products and Services for State of Texas DIR customers since 2020. We currently have staff/services available to respond to agency needs and, if specialized skills are required, we are willing to find the specific, qualified staff who can successfully complete your project.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Products and Services contract through the State of Texas DIR is an approved means of providing AI services to Texas State agencies based on statement of work (SOW). Agencies may choose from a list of approved vendors either through a competitive process that is usually sent to all active contract vendors or by going directly to a trusted, proven vendor. Either way, services are based on statement of work (SOW) basis and all services are subject to management and oversight by agency staff.

AI Contract Return Policy:

  • This policy covers the return of PMCS AI Contract related product (“Product”) due to dissatisfaction, defects, or other valid reasons.
  • AI Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • The AI Product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
  • It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
  • Any product with signs of damage or tampering will not be eligible for return.
  • Software-based AI products, once activated, cannot be returned for a refund. However, they can be exchanged in case of defects or malfunctioning.
  • Hardware products that host our AI should be free from physical damage and must include all original components.
  • Returns due to incompatibility: Ensure that your system meets the required specifications before purchasing our Product. Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return unless the incompatibility is from our end.
  • Customized AI solutions are not eligible for returns unless defective.

  • Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
  • Products sent back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product or services, follow the return process mentioned above. Once we receive the returned product or services, we will ship out a replacement.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
