PMCS Services has been awarded contract PCA OD-444-26 for IT Infrastructure and Related Services through the Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA), effective July 8, 2026 through July 7, 2031.
PCA is a nationwide cooperative purchasing organization that gives eligible member organizations — government agencies, municipalities, school districts, and higher education institutions — a pre-approved, competitively-awarded path to procure IT infrastructure and related services from PMCS Services without running a separate RFP.
PMCS Services is a minority-owned IT company with over 20 years of experience delivering IT, AI, consulting, staffing, and solutions to public sector clients including state agencies, municipalities, and higher education institutions.
Purchase orders and invoices should reference “PCA OD-444-26 IT Infrastructure” to ensure orders are processed correctly under this cooperative agreement.

Purchasing Cooperative of America
The Purchasing Cooperative of America enables eligible public and non-profit entities to access contracts with vetted vendors through a rigorous competitive process. Under the cooperative model, vendors like PMCS Services compete through PCA's own solicitation process — once awarded a contract, that vendor can serve every PCA member directly. Each member organization works one-on-one with PMCS Services, not through PCA as a middleman, while still benefiting from PCA's aggregated purchasing power and pre-vetted competitive process.
Eligible member types include cities and municipalities, counties, states, federal and other government agencies, Indian tribal governments, public/private/charter schools, state and private colleges and universities, and non-taxed non-profit religious and charitable organizations.
Membership is free — there are no membership fees or contract usage costs. Organizations that are not yet PCA members can register online at pcamerica.org/members (opens in new tab) by completing a short form; PCA emails a member portal login, and members may optionally download an Interlocal or board resolution for their own procurement records.
This PCA contract is one of several cooperative purchasing and DIR contract vehicles PMCS Services holds — see the full list of DIR & Cooperative Contract Vehicles for IT staffing, AI, software, and education technology offerings.
